Hi! I'm Jazz
And a few years ago I took the plunge and built a platform to both educate and empower parents on how to navigate their baby and toddlers sleep with confidence.
Prior to taking this plunge, I was supporting families as a Midwife and Maternal and Child Health Nurse and sleep challenges kept popping up as a huge issue for families.
There was a problemβ¦all of the sleep info out there for families was super generic and vague and didn't help parents solve their sleep issues.
If anything it left them feeling more confused (and I felt confused too!)
Knowing I wanted a family soon too, I knew I would want a step by step plan for how to navigate sleep confidently AND fix any sleep issues that popped up.
Iβm an 8+ hour a night kind of girl and knew well before I became a parent that getting quality sleep as a parent was a non-negotiable. I knew I wouldnβt be the kind of mother I wanted to be if I wasnβt sleeping.
I founded Let's Sleep a month or two before Hazel was born and have used my signature framework to confidently navigate her sleep (and helped 100's of families do the same).
This has meant we get the sleep we need and so does Hazel.
Sleep has not been a point of anxiety for our family and I'm forever grateful. My husband and I get our evenings to connect and relax, we have been able to plan in time for self care and regular exercise and enjoy going away on family trips (without stressing about sleep!!).
I know Letβs Sleep families value similar things and want to have predictability and a plan! Itβs no surprise many of our clients are teachers, nurses, small business owners and have A type personalities (just like me!).

βOur daughter was a good sleeper as a newborn, but the four month sleep regression hit us hard. Before we started Letβs Flourish, bub was struggling to settle for bed, getting so grumpy during the day because she was so tired, and totally reliant on her dummy. We spent hours each day and night putting the dummy back in her mouth so she could sleep!
But within just a week of joining Letβs Flourish, all that had changed. We ditched the dummy totally, which was so freeing. We supported bub to settle to sleep independently. We have figured out ways to get sleep happening on the go. And we got hours back to spend together as a couple each evening, which is so good for us!
