In my years as a Midwife, MCHN and Sleep Consultant, i’ve learnt that every family navigates sleep differently (after support 1000’s of families so far!). And that is a beautiful thing!
Baby sleep is a topic every parent can weigh in on and I know it can feel a tad overwhelming. Knowledge is power. When you’re informed and have a clear plan to follow - sleep doesn’t have to be hard.

Alana | Certified Sleep Consultant
Hi, I’m Alana! I live in Melbourne, Victoria with my wife and our two young children - my 4 year old son and 7 month old daughter. I’m a registered teacher and a Certified Sleep Consultant, passionate about supporting families to thrive. My journey into sleep coaching began when I needed help with my own son’s sleep and saw first-hand how powerful the right support can be. I’m passionate about sleep because it plays such a vital role in children’s development and a family’s overall happiness and quality of life. I love helping families create predictable yet flexible routines that support healthy sleep and fit into real family life.
Sam | Certified Sleep Consultant
Hi, I’m Sam! I live in Wellington, New Zealand with my husband and two boys - 4 and 3 (we did two under two and survived). I have my Masters in Teaching and Learning Primary, and currently relief teach at a local school. I am also a Certified Sleep Consultant. We used a sleep consultant with our first born and it was life changing, enough so that it led me to study while being a full time mum! I am so passionate about helping families thrive and to find themselves in the beautiful chaos that is parenthood. Being a mum myself I truly understand how much sleep can impact our well being. I love supporting families to find a rhythm and routine that works for them, while fostering healthy sleep habits.
