Meet the author & contributors
Hi, I’m Jazz Kostov

Get to know me
I’m the proud founder of Let’s Sleep.
As a registered nurse, midwife, certified sleep consultant and previously a maternal and child health nurse I've always been dedicated to supporting families in their parenting journey - right from pre conception and pregnancy to postpartum and beyond.
I’m a Mum to two incredible girls Hazel and Adeline and have an amazing husband, Alex.
Let’s Sleep was created because I wanted to avoid sleep deprivation in parenthood and the inevitable ripple effects this has on our physical and mental health, relationships and enjoyment of parenting (and help as many parents in the process too).
In 2025, I authored and self-published Let’s Sleep The First Year, a book on baby sleep. I can’t wait to see the impact this has on families far and wide.
