Terms and Conditions
When booking a consultation with Let’s Sleep, the Client agrees to these Terms and Conditions:
“Let’s Sleep" is the trading name. In these Terms of Service 'we', 'us' and 'our' refers to “Let’s Sleep".
“Client” means any person or entity engaging Let’s Sleep for their services as discussed in these Terms and Conditions.
The Client agrees to follow safe sleep practices in line with Red Nose SUDI recommendations.
The Client understands the safety guidelines on co-sleeping.
The Client will disclose any medical conditions that their child has to Let’s Sleep
The Client will not disclose any of the information they receive from Let's Sleep to a third party, without Little Dreamer's prior permission.
The information provided in the sleep intake questionnaire is as accurate as possible to the Client’s knowledge.
If the Client’s child has a medical condition, my health care provider’s approval has been sought before commencing a sleep plan.
The Client acknowledges it is the Client’s responsibility to rule out any possible medical causes of sleep problems of their child (such as sleep apnea) as the child who has underlying medical causes of sleep problems may not be suitable to commence on a sleep plan.
The Client acknowledges it is the Client’s responsibility to ensure their child is gaining weight accordingly, thriving and otherwise well before embarking a sleep plan.
The Client acknowledges that Let's Sleep is not able to give medical advice and any questions or concerns that I have regarding my child’s health will be under my health practitioners’ care. A sleep plan by Let's Sleep is not intended to replace or substitute medical advice.
The Client acknowledges that Let's Sleep will not be responsible nor liable in any event of injury or adverse events occurring while undertaking a sleep plan. The client is responsible for the safety and health of their child at all times.
The website may contain links to other websites that are owned and operated by third party vendors and other third parties (the "External Sites"). You acknowledge that Let's Sleep is not responsible for the availability of, or the content located on or through, any External Site. You should contact the website administrator for those External Sites if you have any concerns regarding such links or the content located on such External Sites.
Full payment is required at time of booking in for your package/phone consultation via www.letssleep.com.au.
Once full payment is received, the Client will receive acknowledgment of payment by Let's Sleep.
Bookings will only be confirmed once the full payment is received and the sleep support package or phone consultation will only commence once payment is received in full.
Package prices include GST.
Let's Sleep reserve the right to alter prices at any time for any reason.
A sleep plan will not be issued or a consultation will not take place with outstanding invoices remaining. Let's Sleep reserves the right to cancel a consultation if there is an outstanding balance owing at the time of the scheduled consultation.
Any outstanding debt to Let's Sleep will be referred to debt collection agencies.
Payment is to be made in full via www.letssleep.com.au as detailed on the website.
Full payment is required at time of enrolling in for an eCoaching course (either The First Year or Toddler and Preschool). Payment's are made via thinkific website with either credit/debit card or paypal.
Enrolment in the course will only be confirmed once the full payment is received. Once payment is made, there will be no refunds.
You will have access to the course material for 90 days from the start date of the course you've purchased.
Purchasing access to the eCoaching course allows you, your partner and immediate caregivers of your baby, access to the course content only. The eCoaching course material should be not be shared with other people who have not paid for course access.
Package prices include GST.
Let's Sleep reserve the right to alter prices at any time for any reason.
The eCoaching courses include 4 x support emails for you to use with Jazz and her team within 90 days of the start date for the eCoaching course you have enrolled in.
If you contact Jazz and her team via email - you will receive a response within 48 hours. The email support entitles you to 4 email responses from Jazz and her team.
It is your responsibility to use the 4 x support emails if you wish to - if they are not used within 90 days of the course start date, the email support will expire.
If english is not your first language or you have a hearing impairment - course access can be provided upon request with subtitles and/or a transcript of the video content. Please email Jazz at firstname.lastname@example.org to organise this.
Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to a consultation or package will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 7 prior prior to a consultation or package will not receive any refund.
Cancellation on the day of the proposed consultation endures no refund for change of mind. In the occurrence of sickness or critical events, Let's Sleep can reschedule the consultation and cater accordingly.
Once the sleep plan has been received or a consultation has taken place, there will be no refund offered for change of mind.
A fair use policy applies with respect to email support. Emails will be answered between 8am and 7pm, Monday to Saturday.
Two weeks of follow-up email support consists of unlimited email correspondence between Let’s Sleep and the Client. All emails will be responded to within 48 hours.
Conditions of a Sleep Plan
Individual results may vary and results depend on many matters; including but not limited to, consistency, commitment, personal matters, approach to technique, technique or method, child’s needs, child’s age, severity of situation, following the plan correctly, communication to Let's Sleep and the parents’ readiness for change.
A refund is not offered in the event of the client feeling dissatisfied and the client understands that by embarking the plan that this is a risk taken.
Most clients will see results within 10-14 days.
Let's Sleep is obligated to keep up to date with current information, research and knowledge surrounding infant and child sleep.
I understand that my customised sleep plan is meant for my child and I only, and should not be shared with a third party, I acknowledge the information might not be suitable for another child.
Any changes I make to my children’s sleeping or eating arrangements are my decision and Let's Sleep will only make suggestions for change, of which I am responsible for choosing to implement.
It is my responsibility to contact Let's Sleep for my follow up and send the sleep log information through to be assessed for feedback as frequently as suggested.
For clients that are considering booking in-home support or have booked in-home support, Jazz will contact you via phone for a 15 minute chat at the time you have booked in for.
During this call you will make a plan with Jazz for when the in home support will be. Jazz is typically available to attend the home visit within 1-3 weeks of the 15 minute call, subject to availability.
Please inform Jazz who will be in the home during the in-home support and their relationship to you. If Jazz arrives at the home and doesn't feel it is appropriate or safe to enter the home, the in-home consultation will be rescheduled if Jazz deems it safe to do so.
If at any time during the in-home consultation, Jazz doesn't feel it is appropriate to stay due to safety concerns - the in-home consultation will be concluded and rescheduling of remaining in-home consultation time will not be provided.
Refunds not available for in-home support packages.
IN-HOME COVID PRECAUTIONS
In line with current covid precautions in Victoria, during in-home support Jazz will wear a face mask at all times.
If Jazz is unwell prior to the in-home support, the in-home consultation will be rescheduled to a later date. The in-home consultation may be rescheduled by Jazz at any time.
It is your responsibility to inform Jazz prior to the in-home support if you or anyone residing in the home have:
- Been in contact with a known covid case
- Have been to any of the covid hotspots listed on the DHHS website
- Have travelled overseas or interstate in the past 14 days
- Have been required to quarantine or isolate in the past 14 days
- If you or anyone in the home are awaiting covid testing results or if you have any covid symptoms
If any of the above apply to you or your family, the in-home support will be rescheduled to a later date.
Let's Sleep adhere to and follow all WHO breastfeeding guidelines.
Let's Sleep adhere to and follow all of the Red Nose SUDI safe sleeping guidelines.
Let's Sleep does not offer any medical advice or treatment to any client. If you have concerns relating to a medical or nutritional issue we urge you to contact your GP or paediatrician immediately.
Changes to your baby's sleep or eating arrangements that may be suggested are at your discretion, of which you are responsible for choosing to implement.
The information provided on this website or by Let's Sleep is not intended nor is implied to be a substitute for professional medical advice. The Client must always seek the advice of a GP or other qualified healthcare provider with any questions regarding a medical condition or the health and welfare of their baby, toddler or child.
Let's Sleep will use all reasonable efforts to include up-to-date and accurate information during consultations and on this website, but makes no representations, warranties or completeness of the information provided.
Let's Sleep shall not be liable for any loss or damages (including direct or indirect loss, or special or consequential loss) resulting from the Client's access to, or inability to access, this website, or from the Client's reliance on any information provided on this website or by the consultant.
Let's Sleep is fully covered with professional indemnity insurance and IICT insurance.
This website or Let's Sleep may provide links or references to other sites, but Let's Sleep will have no responsibility for the content of such other sites or references and shall not be liable for any damages or injury arising from their content. Any links to other sites or references are provided as merely a convenience to the users and clients.

Information we collect
Let's Sleep will collect personal information including name, address, phone number, email address.
Let's Sleep will use your personal information to create an online registration for you, to record and process your package for general communication. Let's Sleep does not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
Let's Sleep will communicate with you by email and may send you Newsletters and other marketing information.
You agree that Let's Sleep may provide any personal information it collects about you to its related companies (as defined in section 2(3) of the Companies Act 1993), debt collection and credit reference agencies and any other parties it deems necessary in relation to providing you access to this website, for any services from Let's Sleep, to recover any money you owe to Let's Sleep and to exercise any lawful right Let's Sleep, its related companies or debt collection and credit reference agencies may have. You also authorise any person to provide Let's Sleep with such information as Let's Sleep may require in response to credit enquiries.
